PEEK and Stainless Steel UNIONS
are designed to be easy to use and provide efficient, zero-
or very-low-dead-volume connections between two pieces of
1/16” capillary HPLC tubing. PEEK unions are precision machined
to exacting tolerances and withstand operating pressures in
excess of 5000 psi. Each union is supplied with 2 fingertight
fittings for use with 1/16” OD PEEK, stainless steel, or titanium
capillary tubing. MetaChem’s stainless steel unions are available
in either “absolute zero” dead volume or very-low-dead volume
configurations. A variety of styles are available to match
pre-swaged 10-32 fittings compatible with Parker, Swagelok,
Waters, or Valco fittings. |
