[FrontPage Image Map Component] MetaSaver™ DISPOSABLE PRE-COLUMN and IN-LINE FILTERS (P/N 6005) provide economical protection for guards, columns, and injectors.  The new disposable MetaSaver™ pre-column/in-line filter offers all the protection of conventional filters at a fraction of the cost. Changing filters is a snap - the direct-connect universal design provides fingertight connections without tools.  The PEEK filter body contains a 0.5 micron filter element designed for maximum filtration of particulates with minimum dead volume.   MetaSaver™ filters are replaced in seconds whenever a significant increase in backpressure signals that the filter is clogged.

MetaTrap™
IN-LINE FILTERS (P/N 6000) are placed between the pump and the injector, trapping particles shed from normal wear of the piston seal. Use of in-line filters between the pump and injector greatly reduce clogging and other problems associated with the injector downstream. Both 2.0µm and 0.5µm replaceable filters are available. PEEK MetaTrap™ (P/N 6010) in-line filters are available for metal-sensitive applications.

MetaTrap™ PRE-COLUMN FILTERS are placed between the injector and the column and trap particulates introduced into the flowstream by the injector or the sample. Stainless-steel MetaTrap™ filters are available in standard configuration (P/N 6022) which should be used with analytical columns with internal diameters of at least 4.6mm. An ultra-low-dead-volume (P/N 6020) (<0.09 µL) version is designed for pre-column filtration of columns of 4.6mm down to 2.0mm ID. Importantly, the threaded surfaces of the filter bodies are specially machined to allow smooth opening and closing of the housing time after time for easy filter replacement.

We also supply “generic brand,” exact replacement column inlet filters for Rheodyne models 7315 (MetaChem P/N 6016) and 7335 (MetaChem P/N 6017) at significant cost savings.
